How do I cancel tire purchase from Costco?

I ordered tires online and they arrived at local Costco. Credit card already charged.

On their site it says if I don’t install within 30 days the order will be cancelled.

So will they credit my credit card back?

I don’t want the tires anymore cause I think spending $500 is too much since I found other tires for $200 at local tire shop.

      I’m surprised you found tires cheaper. After installation, balancing and rotation, are they still cheaper?

      You can go to customer service at a local Costco store and cancel your transaction and have your credit card credited.

      You do know that the tires you got for so much less are not really less expensive, they are cheaper, I hope. With that kind of price difference, they will not last as long, and will not have the same traction specs. There had to be a reason you ordered the good tires to start with. I would think you credit card would be credited, but they may charge a restocking fee. Tires are the only items you can have delivered to a store instead of home, so you really have to check with Costco. E-mail or phone them.
