With that kind of price difference, they will not last as long, and will not have the same traction specs. There had to be a reason you ordered the good tires to start with. I would think you credit card would be credited, but they may charge a restocking fee. Tires are the only items you can have delivered to a store instead of home, so you really have to check with Costco.
