How does one go about getting better hours at Costco?

The worst thing is, the full time help in my department never works late. This sucks! Costco pays great, but I can’t make plans for life or even schedule doctor’s appointments!

If the Manager won’t help you out are you able to switch hours with people. There are probably people who would be willing to work your nights just so they have a consistant schedule too.
