Start by working at Costco and work your way up. I don’t think that takes a college education, unless you want to be like the president of Costco, then you would get your MBA but that wasnt your question. OK hope I helped but I’m not sure..lol
GOOD LUCK
Edit: Please do not listen to John, there is no such thing as a masters in Costco.

You need your masters in Costco Wholesale, preferably from an Ivy.

Join the Cotco team as a worker in whatever area that you want to eventually manage (note that the bakery and thebutcher shop are union jobs). If you want to work in personnell, then you would probably start out as a front-en checer/cashir, then wok your way up to customer service then into lower management. My best frien’s husband did that. He workd for Costco for 10 years, gained experience and then was promoted to asst. department manager.
